Community Programs

Addiction Prevention, Recovery & Community Well-Being

Denpasar Mental Health Centre (DMHC) develops community-based programs focused on the prevention, early identification, intervention, and recovery of substance use and behavioral addictions.

Our approach recognizes addiction as a complex mental health condition influenced by biological, psychological, social, environmental, and spiritual factors.

We aim to connect scientific evidence, community support, digital technology, yoga, meditation, and professional mental health services to help individuals and families build healthier lives.

For example:

Community Program

Digital Addiction Prevention for Adolescents

Optional Research Project

Evaluation of changes in problematic internet use, stress, sleep, and well-being following an 8-week intervention.

Participation in research requires a separate research process, informed consent, and appropriate ethical approval. Participation in a community program does not automatically constitute consent to research.
